He has authored numerous publications on topics such as fuel optimal maneuver targeting, small satellite mission design and testing, information theoretic tracking and orbit determination, and robust multi-spacecraft formation design including J2 and third-body effects.

Jason Westphal (MS, University of Colorado) has over 25 years of experience developing aerospace products for government, commercial, and international customers. He has extensive experience leading in the design, analysis, development, and test of spacecraft GNC subsystems and flight software. He has been the GNC or Systems lead on programs such as the NASA CPOD and ST8, AFRL S5 and ANGELS, and NSPO FORMOSAT-3/COSMIC programs.
Ryan Frederic is an accomplished aerospace and engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as President at Ten One Aerospace, Ryan also holds partnership positions at MachEight, LLC and Energy Atlantica. With a history of impactful contributions as Managing Partner at Humble Rogue Ventures and a board advisor for Voyager Space, Ryan previously led Applied Defense Solutions, Inc. as President & CEO, establishing a reputation in space, cyber, and geospatial intelligence services.
